These mount directly to the rack tom and allow it to be clamped to the bass drum hoop and came standard of the Stage Band, Jam Session, and Swing Master outfits. It's in great condition overall with light wear on the chrome. It's fully functional and all the wing nuts hold securely. Perfect for your 60s Slingerland set or your earlier Radio King rack tom.
