It's astonishingly loud and sonorous with the unique sonic signature only a stainless steel Ludwig can provide. It displays beautifully with minimal play wear and a small dent on the floor tom as shown in the photos. The 182XXX and 183XXX serial numbers date this born together kit to 1977. These drums are all original with the exception of the heads. There are no extra holes or modifications. Most importantly, this set tunes up with the greatest of ease and sounds absolutely unbelievable. This set would equally be right at home amongst the finest of collections, studios, or stages. Enjoy!
