Originally born as a Ludwig separate tension snare drum, Jim Moritz of Chicago Drum and Restoration converted and wrapped the marching snare into the beautiful drum you see here. Gretsch disappearing bass drum spurs were installed complimenting the streamlined look of this drum and giving greater stability than hoop mounted spurs. This is truly a one of a kind piece of drum history and even better, it sounds awesome. Enjoy!
