For your prime listening and viewing pleasure is this fabulous 12" Zildjian A 2nd (pre-trans) stamp splash cymbal from the 1940-47 period. Of interesting and unique note is the upside down top Arabic section of the stamp. It's in great condition considering its age with a lovely low, musical splash and a quick decay. This was the sound favored by the greats of the era, such as Gene, Buddy, and Louie. There is one flea bite and a bit of the amazing waviness typically found in thin cymbals of this era. No cracks, bends, or flea bites, and a near perfect hole. It weighs in at a perfect 362 grams. Enjoy!
