For your prime listening and viewing pleasure is this vintage 13" Zildjian A Trans Stamp hi-hat cymbal pair from 1946-53. They're in fantastic condition with that textbook hammering and lathing you can expect from these golden era cymbals.
Each cymbal has a beautiful musical tone on its own, and together they make an exemplary pair of hats from Zildjian's most coveted American cymbal era. The bottom measures almost exactly 13 1/16" and the top is 13" spot on, giving them a fast and buttery sweet chick sound. They have an articulate stick definition and a gorgeous wash.
They are in good condition and have miraculously survived the past 80 years with no cracks and near perfect holes. The only flaw to mention is an edge chip on the top cymbal, typical of Trans Stamp cymbals due to their thin edges.
They weigh in at a svelte 466g/572g. Quite a lovely sounding set of hi-hats. Enjoy!
