For your kind consideration is this pair of 13" Zildjian K/Z hi-hats. This combo was introduced in 1987 featuring a K top paired with an original Z series Dyno Beat bottom. They're in excellent condition with all of the original ink stamps on the top cymbal. The Z is still easily identifiable as a bottom cymbal based on the convex closed hex machine hammering that Zildjian used to differentiate it from the a Dyno Beat top. The K/Z hats were a famously potent pairing used by many of the top players of the late 80s. The dark K sound along with the powerful Z Dyno Beat produce a dry, musical stick definition with a bright, defined chick. They weigh in at 828 grams on top and 1471 grams on bottom. Enjoy!
