For your viewing pleasure is this truly superb sounding pair of 14" Zildjian A trans stamp hi-hats from the late '40s / early '50s in great light weights. The top hat has some fine lines on the top side from being scrubbed with a cleaning pad, and weighs in at a svelte 600g. It is in great shape with no cracks, flea bites, or keyhole. Due to the inherent nature of very thin edges on a hat this weight, there is a very small edge ding, which we definitely would not categorize as a flea bite. The bottom hat weighs in at 646g, and is in great shape with no cracks, flea bites, or keyhole. The original owner tapped some dots into the bottom side of the bells in the formation of their initials, "JT". Most importantly, these are an amazing sounding pair of light weight Zildjian A hats from their golden period of manufacturing, and you just can't buy new cymbals that sound and play like these do. Enjoy!
