For your extreme listening and viewing delight is this truly wonderful early 14" Zildjian A 1st/2nd (Pre-Trans) stamp splash cymbal from the 1930s. These early Zildjian A splashes were favorites of the pioneering greats such as Gene Krupa and Buddy Rich. Many of the cymbals from this era were not exact measurements, but this one measures a true 14" so would be a good candidate if looking to match up to make set of light hi-hats. It has a beautiful, low, breathy roaring crash that responds in an instant with a musicality that can only be found in these golden era A's, even when tapped with a finger! Enjoy!
