For your extreme viewing and listening pleasure is this wonderful vintage 18" K. Zildjian Istanbul New Stamp crash ride cymbal form the 1960s. Like almost all of these vintage Ks, this cymbal is slightly undersized by approximately 1/8". It weighs in at a perfect crash/ride weight of 1508g, and is quite simply one of the most exquisite and buttery 18" old Ks we've ever laid stick to. It is extremely responsive to the most subtle of nuances in your touch, yet maintains an authoritative woody stick click which coasts majestically on top of a luscious, mysterious cascading wash. The bell is extremely complex and musical, and is everything one could want from a vintage 18" old stamp K bell. Cosmetically, the cymbal is in great condition, with no cracks, bends, or warping. The signature is still present. There is a small start of a keyhole, and a very small area of edge roughness detailed in the pics. This special cymbal would be right at home amongst the finest of collections, studios, and stages. Enjoy!
