For your viewing and listening pleasure is this extremely clean hand hammered Zildjian K cymbal from the 1960s in collectors condition, and holy grail weight of 1508g. It has seen very little use, and has been very well cared for. This is, without a doubt, the cleanest 18" vintage K we have come across, and more importantly, it is one of the very best sounding as well. There are no cracks, flea bites, or keyhole. The weight and profile lend themselves particularly well to jazz and nuanced small ensemble work, and functions tremendously well as a left side ride, or crash/ride. The stick sound is very defined, with a great woody click, and the bell has a very musical note. This cymbal is truly one of the very best sounding 18" vintage Ks we've come across, and it exhibits a tremendous amount of magnificent hand hammering. Enjoy!
