This heavy two-piece black nickel over brass shell with welded back bearing edges features the DeLuxe scroll engraving that first appeared in the early 1920s. It's 100% original including the calf heads and wires, and it tunes up like an absolute champ. There are no extra holes or modifications of any kind.
This drum is a personal piece from the Drugan's Drums Family Vault, and we have personally owned and cherished it for over 12 years. We've had the good fortune of being able to handle a number of these throughout the past 3 decades and this is by far one of the absolute best museum quality examples we've encountered.
