For your viewing pleasure is this excellent 1920's 8 lug heavy two piece nickel over brass Professional "All Round" model snare drum. It is extremely clean and original aside from the heads. All of the original tension rods are present. There is one extra hole from where a light was installed (this is commonly seen on older drums, as the light bulb warmed the calf heads to keep them in tune). A carriage bolt was used to neatly fill the hole. It is in remarkably clean condition and is stunning to look at. We have handled quite a few Ludwig & Ludwig Professional models over the years, and the nickel plating on this one is among the brightest. It is apparent that this drum was very well cared for and had always been kept in its case when not being played. It tunes up perfectly and sounds amazing. Enjoy!
