For your prime viewing delight is this breathtaking vintage Gretsch Broadkaster 6.5x14 Orchestra snare drum from the late 1940s. It's in beautiful well cared for condition for its age and is all original aside from the heads and Duplex wires. The die cast nickel double flange stick chopper hoops show some age with minimal aging on the lugs. The 4-ply shell has the incomparable tone that can only be experienced from a Gretsch drum that's seasoned for over 70 years. It has an internal date stamp of JUL 18 1947. The original strainer and muffler both function smoothly and the Round Badge is securely attached. This drum sounds amazing and is a true pleasure to play.
