For your kind consideration is this vintage Leedy 6.5x14 Broadway Standard snare drum from 1948. Overall the drum is in great shape with exception of the flaking of the Duco finish and the strainer was bumped at some point on the strainer causing a small internal split to the inner ply which does not affect the roundness, sound, or integrity of the drum in anyway. The top hoop was bumped as can be seen in pic, but it is still in round and tunes up perfectly. All original with exception of newer drum heads. The badge is nice and tight, and there is an internal date stamp of 4811 (November 1948). Although this appears to be a solid shell drum from looking at the bearing edges, it's difficult to tell for sure and we're not certain. This drum has mega bang for the buck, sounds fantastic and tunes up wonderfully. Enjoy!
