For your supreme viewing pleasure is this beautiful vintage WFL 5.5x14 Buddy Rich Model Super Classic snare drum. This drum sports a 1948-1952 WFL Drum Co badge which is nice and tight. The wrap looks great with a tight seam and the chrome has minimal aging. The original P-87 Classic strainer operates smoothly. Both of the heads have been changed to modern Remo heads. It retains the original Ludwig snare wires, and they still sound great! The coveted chrome over brass hoops are very nice with minimal wear. There are no extra holes or modifications, the shell is in fantastic shape, and the edges are true and original. This drum tunes up easily and sounds incredible. It would be right at home amongst the finest of collections, studios, and stages. Enjoy!
