For your supreme viewing pleasure is this absolutely stunning 1960's Gretsch round badge Progressive Jazz outfit in original blue glass glitter sparkle. These drums tune up wonderfully and sound sublime. They nail the 60's jazz sound and vibe with the greatest of ease. The wrap is vibrant and looks gorgeous. The original hardware is in great condition. Two small pieces of wrap on the very bottom of the bass drum hoops have been replaced, and cannot be seen unless you completely turn the bass drum upside down. The bearing edges are all true and original, and there are no extra holes or modifications. Like 99.9% of 1960s Gretsch sets, there are a few insignificant cosmetic flaws as seen in pics. It has the original front logo bass drum head and all tone controls (top and bottom) are nice and fully functional. The interiors of the 6-ply Jasper shells are all adorned with silver sealer paint and paper tags. These drums look and sound like a dream, and modern heads fit! Enjoy!
