For your prime viewing pleasure is this vintage Ludwig 14x14 Downbeat floor tom from 1963-65. This drum is in well taken care of condition and the Silver to Blue Duco finish is beautiful. It's in great shape with some oxidation on the nickel over brass hoops and legs as seen in pics. The shell is 3-ply mahogany with re-rings and a white interior. The keystone badge is nice and tight. All original aside from the heads, which are era-correct, and correct Ludwig spring loaded leg brackets. There are no extra holes or modifications and the bearing edges are true and original. The red felt baseball bat muffler is present and operates smoothly. Most importantly it tunes up easily and sounds fantastic. This would make a great addition to your vintage Ludwig outfit. Enjoy!
