For your viewing pleasure is this vintage 5x14 Ludwig LM400 Supraphonic snare drum with internal date stamp "OCT 13 1967". There are no extra holes or modifications of any kind. The P-83 strainer operates smoothly, as does the original baseball bat muffler. This drum is in overall fantastic condition with very minimal pinpoint pitting. There are some barely detectable polishing marks. All original aside from the heads. The keystone badge is nice and tight with serial # 457XXX. Most importantly, this snare tunes up like a champ and sounds absolutely incredible. No serious drummers snare drum arsenal is complete without a vintage Supraphonic, isn't it time to see why? Enjoy!
