For your kind consideration is this vintage Ludwig 8x12 tom in Oyster Blue Pearl from the mid 60s. This tom would have been right-side, tom 2 on a Hollywood outfit. The shell is 3-ply with re-rings and a white interior. The wrap is very good condition with a flat, tight seam. The keystone badge is nice and tight with a serial number of 179XXX dating it to 1965. All original aside from the heads and a few tension rods. There are no extra holes or modifications and the bearing edges are true and original with one imperfection on bottom bearing edge as shown. The nickel hardware has light aging, some light pitting on the steel hoops and a some oxidation on the bottom hoop. White felt baseball bat muffler is present and operates smoothly. Most importantly it tunes up well and sounds great. This would make a great addition to your '60s Ludwig outfit. Enjoy!
