For your viewing pleasure is this vintage Ludwig 9x13 Super Classic tom from 1963. This drum is in overall great condition. The Sky Blue Pearl wrap is beautiful with some wear and tom rash as shown, which thankfully blends in fairly well with the wrap. The shell is 3-ply with a white interior. The pre-serial keystone badge is nice and tight dating it to the early 1960s, with an ink date stamp of JUN 24 1963. This drum has the original chrome over brass hoop on top and a steel hoop on the bottom. The rest of the hardware is original and shows some signs of aging and the red felt baseball bat muffler is present and operates smoothly. There are no extra holes or modifications and the bearing edges are true and original. Most importantly, it tunes up with ease and sounds fantastic. Enjoy!
