For your viewing pleasure is this vintage 1960s Ludwig Downbeat outfit in gorgeous Red Sparkle. The bass drum and high tom date to 1966 and the floor tom dates to 1969. The bass drum and high tom have the original white interior, and the floor tom has the original natural maple interior. Original tone controls, correct baseball bat on the 12" tom, correct round knob on the 14" floor tom. This set is in great condition and displays beautifully. Up close, you can see some normal light signs of age and buffing marks where the previous owner tried cleaning up this set. Aside from the heads, it's all original. There are no extra holes or modifications and the bearing edges are true and original. Most importantly, it tunes up with the greatest of ease and sounds fantastic. Enjoy!
