For your viewing pleasure is this clean vintage Rogers 6.5x14 Monitor model snare drum from the 1960s in gorgeous Mahogany. This all original Cleveland era drum had a single owner for over 60 years who took great care of it. The hoops, strainer and butt plate are all in excellent condition with minimal wear and the shell only has a few very small dings on the exterior and a clean flat gray interior. This drum is still sporting the original Rogers wires and All-Weather heads and comes with the original Covert Mackintosh zipper cover that it has lived in for years. As is commonly seen, 4 of the 8 Bread & Butter double ended lugs have some stress cracks but are stable and functional. There are no extra holes or modifications of any kind and it tunes up well and sounds awesome. This will be a terrific addition to any Rogers or snare drum collection. Enjoy!
