For your prime viewing delight is this gorgeous vintage Sonor Teardrop drum set from the 1960s in stunning Slate Pearl (what we know as Black Diamond Pearl). This beautiful kit is in collector's clean condition, it is one of the best Sonor Teardrop kits that we have seen come through the shop.
The beech shells pack a punch, and all of the drums are in great condition with only the lightest signs of age. Aside from the heads, these drums are all original including the tom arm, and the awesome logo front bass head is original and in great condition. All of the hardware is clean and shows minimal signs of age. The bass drum has the original metal hoops (that have been lovingly touched up), internal muffler, tom mount, and cymbal arm mount. There are a few scratches on the back of the otherwise 13" tom, and a tiny scratch on the floor tom, but other than that the Slate Pearl wrap is in exquisite condition with a new-like luster.
They tune up like a dream and are incredibly fun and inspiring to play. Perfect for any Sonor lover or collector. Enjoy!
