For your viewing pleasure is this lovely vintage Sonor Teardrop drum set in the Chicago Star configuration in Red Marble from the 1960s. This set has been well cared for with very light signs of age on the wrap. The beech shells pack a beautifully musical punch with reinforcement rings on the tom and bass drum and no rings on the floor as commonly seen on Teardrop era sets. The set is almost entirely all original down to the heads, with pinpoint pitting on the hardware throughout as shown. There was an extra cymbal mount was added to the bass drum to accommodate an L-arm cymbal mount. There are no other additional holes or modifications and the bearing edges are original and true. These drums tune up like a dream and are incredibly fun and inspiring to play. Perfect for any Sonor lover. Enjoy!
