For your viewing pleasure is this excellent Ludwig Pioneer 5x14 snare drum in stunning Silver Sparkle. This three ply white interior drum has an internal date stamp of SEP 25 1963, and is also marked with the #'s "195" inside. It's in well cared for condition and features a gorgeous pre-serial keystone badge, clean and original P-83 strainer and butt, baseball bat muffler with red felt, and beautiful bow-tie lugs. The early steel hoops are original. The newer heads and Pure Sound wires are in excellent condition. There are no extra holes or modifications. It displays wonderfully and would be equally at home amongst the finest of collections, studios, or stages. It tunes up like a champ and sounds great! Enjoy!
