For your viewing pleasure is this vintage Ludwig Pioneer 5x14 snare drum in a lovely Black Diamond Pearl. It's in great shape overall. This snare has an internal date stamp of JAN 8 1964, and has 4 digit serial #. The early nickel over steel hoops are original and look great. The original P-83 throw-off and red felt baseball bat muffler both operate smoothly without issue. There are no extra holes or modifications and the bearing edges are true and original. Most importantly, it tunes up with ease and sounds fantastic. Enjoy!
