For your kind consideration is this vintage Slingerland 5.5x14 Deluxe Student Mode snare drum in White Marine Pearl from the 1960s. It's in excellent condition and all original aside from the heads and wires. The interior of this 3-ply shell looks great with an internal date stamp of AUG 64. The bearing edges look great and are original. The wrap has very minimal wear and the seam lays flat. The original chrome over brass Rim Shot stick saver hoops are in great condition with some very light aging and the lugs look great as well. The original tone control is fully functional and the Rapid strainer operates smoothly with a set of 42-strand wires. There are no extra holes or modifications. Most importantly, it tunes up with the greatest of ease and sounds fantastic. This would be a great addition to any collection. Enjoy.
