For your prime viewing pleasure is this stunning vintage Ludwig Downbeat outfit in breathtaking Oyster Blue Pearl. This set is in fantastic condition with lots of beautiful blues and aqua tones and it displays majestically. It's 100% original aside from the bottom tom heads. The chrome is in great condition with minimal signs of age. All hoops are the coveted chrome over brass versions, the bottom hoop on floor tom has a tiny rub spot where the brass peeks through. There are internal date stamps showing an April 1965 build date. The original rail mount and white felt baseball bat mufflers are beautiful and fully functional. Modern heads fit on all drums, although a bit snug on the 12" tom. These would equally be at home amongst the finest of collections, studios, and stages. Enjoy!
