For your viewing pleasure is this great sounding 1965 Ludwig Pioneer 5x14 snare drum in blue / silver duco finish. This three ply white interior drum has an internal date stamp of MAR 3 1965. It features a nice keystone badge (serial # 947XX), original P-83 strainer and butt, baseball bat muffler, and beautiful bow-tie lugs. The top hoop is changed, the bottom hoop is original. As is typical with this finish, there is some crazing and paint loss. There are no extra holes or modifications. Most importantly, it tunes up like a champ and sounds fantastic. Enjoy!
