For your viewing pleasure is this great example of a 1967 5x14 Ludwig Acrolite snare drum. You can see in the last picture that the inside of the shell is date stamped Jan 16 1967. The keystone badge is in nice condition and is tight. It has a six digit serial number 379XXX and still retains the original tension rods/washers, and wires. There are no extra holes or modifications of any kind, and it's in overall good cosmetic condition with a few small scratches on the shell, a couple thin wear marks on the arm of the P-83 strainer, and some light scratches and normal handling wear on the rims. No serious drummer's or studio's snare drum arsenal is complete without a trusty vintage Acrolite, and this one sounds particularly great. Enjoy!
