For your extreme viewing pleasure is this excellent 1968 Ludwig Super Classic drum set in stunning original Oyster Blue Pearl. This set is in nice condition and was built during a brief time where Ludwig switched to clear maple interior shells before they switched to the blue oyster bowling ball version. There are no extra holes or modifications, and the bearing edges are original and true. All of the drums have original tension rods and washers. The bass drum has a ding where the rail consolette bumped it, and the 13" tom has some marks in the wrap near one of the lugs that is shown in the pics, it is cosmetic in nature and does not affect the integrity of the drums in any way. The other drums have a few light signs of use that are typical of a set of this vintage. The bass drum hoops have been touched up and look nice. The front bass drum head is original, and all of the other heads are newer. Most importantly, this set tunes up wonderfully and is an absolute pleasure to play and view. Enjoy!
