For your viewing pleasure is this lovely original 1966 Ludwig Club Date outfit in vibrant and striking red sparkle. While these three ply, white interior beauties don't have date stamps, their close serial #s (285XXX, 285XXX, and 287XXX) date them to 1966.
They have been well cared for, and display some normal handling wear including some scratches and scuffs here and there, and some bumps behind the L arm bracket on the bass drum, and on the side of the side of the resonant side edge of the bass drum that do not come in contact with the head or affect the tuning in any way (see pics).
Aside from the nice modern Remo heads, this set is completely original including the white felt baseball bat mufflers and tension rods. It tunes up like a champ and sounds great in all ranges.
