For your viewing pleasure is this rare 1968 Ludwig Standard All-Metal snare drum in Acrolite finish, which was the first year of the Ludwig Standard (4 digit serial #). This aluminum 5x14 snare drum delivers all of the familiar sound of the tried and true Acrolite snare drum at a more affordable price. It is in good players condition with some average wear. The muffler was removed and did not come with the drum, and the tension rods have been replaced. The P-85 functions properly, but there is a little play in the arm when the snares are in the off position which has no affect on the functionality. Most importantly, it tunes up easily and sounds great!
