For your kind consideration is this amazing 5x14 Ludwig Supraphonic snare drum built in 1970. It has new Remo Ambassador heads on top and bottom and the original Ludwig snare wires. There are no extra holes or modifications of any kind. This drum is in stunning condition with extremely minimal signs of age, something rarely seen on Supras of this period. The original 1st generation P-85 strainer operates smoothly, as does the tone control. All of the tension rods and washers are original, as well as the hoops. The pointy B&O badge has 6 digit serial # 805XXX and there's a strong date stamp reading OCT 22 1970. Most importantly, this drum tunes up like a champ and sounds wonderful. Enjoy!
