For your kind consideration is this Slingerland 16x16 floor tom shell from the early 70s. This is a three ply drum with re-rings and clear maple interior. It still bears its "M" ink stamp inside indicating it's original lacquered mahogany finish, which has faded. It's in overall great condition and there are no extra holes or modifications. There is a bit of common ply separation along the bottom bearing edge and some spots of roughness. Modern heads fit a bit snug as expected, a little more so on the resonant side. It has an oval black & silver Niles badge dating it to between 1970-1972. This would be a great option for your next Slingerland restoration project. Enjoy!
