For your viewing pleasure is this vintage Slingerland 5x14 Buddy Rich snare drum from the late 1970s. First introduced in the 1976 catalog, this 5-ply wood shell snare is sporting the Blakrome wrap that was available in 1977-79. Aside from the batter head, this 10-lug snare is all original and sounds fantastic. The TDR 100 snare strainer operates smoothly and is in perfect condition. The factory chrome over steel hoops are in great condition with minimal signs of use and the original tone control is fully functional. The black and silver football badge looks great and is nice and tight with serial # 293XXX. Most importantly, this drum sounds amazing and tunes up easily. Enjoy!
