For your kind consideration is this vintage, near mint Guild F212 12-string acoustic guitar. The serial number of 93XXX dates it to 1973. This guitar comes from an old music store that closed down, and had never been sold, so is in phenomenal condition. It comes with the original hardshell case, which is in great condition as well, and comes with two original polishing cloths, one still sealed in its packaging. Nice, large sized body to give you a great 12-string sound. Spruce top, mahogany back and sides, mahogany neck, and rosewood fretboard with freshly polished frets. Recently set up by a well regarded local luthier with fresh 9's, and is tuned down to D for great comfortable action. It is doubtful that there is another example of a 1973 model in such pristine condition on the planet. Most importantly it plays beautifully and sounds amazing. Enjoy!
