For your supreme viewing pleasure is this gorgeous 6.5X14 Rogers Dyna-Sonic snare drum from the 1970s. It presents itself exceptionally well; the chrome over brass shell is in great shape. Although there are tiny ping dents as shown throughout the shell, overall there are very few scratches and little to no pitting. There is some slight chrome loss near the badge, and a small but stable crack stemming from the strainer mounting hole, see last picture. Other than a few replaced lug screws, there are no additional holes or modifications, and the original muffler is very clean and fully functional. The snare frame was removed prior to us receiving it, but sounds marvelous without it.
This drum tunes up wonderfully and sounds amazing. No serious drummer's or studio's snare drum arsenal is complete without a trusty vintage brass Dyna-Sonic. Enjoy!
