This set is a made in Japan model built during what is widely considered Yamaha's golden period in September 1985 based on the serial number. The birch/mahogany shells have the powerful, deep, warm tone that the this series is known for. The set is in good condition with normal wear to the finish and hardware and a few small dings and dents as shown. It is all original including the heads, and the double tom mount and arms are included. Most importantly, it tunes up easily and sounds incredible!
