For your prime viewing and listening delight is this very beautiful vintage 20" K Zildjian Istanbul New Stamp ride cymbal from the 1960s. This is an exemplary specimen of the craftsmanship of these Istanbul made K cymbals with their old world lathing and gorgeous hand hammering. This one is in excellent condition with a lovely patina. It sounds absolutely sublime, and the stick definition is warm and articulate with a musical wash and smooth decay. It weighs in at a delightfully light 1972 grams which gives it gorgeous crashability, and has just enough meat in the right areas that you can lay down some fast and sturdy sticking without the articulation getting washed out. The only place of note is a typical closed fissure in the bell, as shown, that does not let any light through and does not affect the sound in any way, and a few tiny spots along the edge that you can feel more than see. No bends, flea bites, or keyhole. Overall excellent condition and one of the best sounding 20" Istanbul K's tha has passed through the shop. Enjoy!
