For your prime viewing and listening delight is this 20" Meinl Byzance Foundry Reserve Ride cymbal. This beauty is in excellent, well cared for condition, with the original box and accessories.
This thin weight crash ride has a dark wash and a dry stick attack. Hand hammered from B20 Bronze Alloy for a unique sound with a dark, complex character and mid-dark timbre. It is open with a thunderous musical crash, but still full of subtlety, and can also work wonderfully for small group jazz.
The cymbal was seen very minimal use, and has no cracks, bends, flea bites, or keyhole. Box includes certificate of authenticity, drum sticks, and white handling gloves. Weighs in at 1620 grams. Why pay $599.99 for a new one when you can have this nearly new one at a significant savings? Enjoy!
ABOUT BYZANCE FOUNDRY RESERVE
The Byzance Foundry Reserve collection is a limited selection of cymbals that showcases the stunning, sonically rich works of art that our cymbalsmiths create with layers of tonality and nuance; however, that is only half of the beauty, as they are visually striking from the one-of-a-kind hand-hammered marks. The extra hammering creates many deep craters across the surface. When this hammering is coupled with the fully lathed top and bottom, it produces a clear, dry stick-attack note over a lush bed of low undertones – otherwise known as “the roar".
