For your viewing and listening pleasure is this beautiful rare vintage 24" Zildjian A ride cymbal from 1954-56. It's in great condition with a strong patina and all of the beautiful lathing and hammering you'd expect from a cymbal from Zildjian's golden era. This great sounding cymbal has a buttery woody stick definition, and a gorgeous wash that's very controllable. The bell is extremely musical, and it crashes with a wonderfully full and ominous tone. It's been well cared for, and still retains the "24" Concert Band" ink stamp still visible on the underside. The thin edges have some typical roughness and a couple minuscule flea bites that can be felt more than seen. No cracks or bends, and a near perfect hole. It weighs in at an extremely useable and light 3372 grams. Enjoy!
