For your viewing and listening pleasure is this excellent light weight 24" ride cymbal from the early 1960s. It is in excellent condition with no cracks or flea bites, with one small bump on the edge. The cymbal is very thin and light for a 24" at 3184g, and it exhibits great buttery stick definition without too much wash, and a useable roaring crash when called upon. The lathing, bell shape, and overall profile is much more akin to a 1950s A, as is the sound. The bell is incredibly musical, and it crashes like a dream. What more could one want from a 24"? We have been lucky enough to have had many gorgeous vintage 24" A's pass through our shop, studio, and personal collection over the years, and this one is among the very best of them. Enjoy!
