For your kind consideration is this brand new Yamaha Recording Custom Stainless Steel 5.5x14 snare drum. It features a 1.2mm beaded stainless steel shell with 45-degree bearing edges for excellent resonance, 10 one-piece lugs, and 2.3mm DynaHoops for a bright, cutting tone with outstanding projection and clarity. It's equipped with a Q-type throw-off, DC3 type butt plate, and a choice of snare wires (20-strand or Steve Gadd-type 10-strand) over a 2.4mm snare bed, with Remo Coated Ambassador batter and Remo Snare Ambassador snare-side heads.
