For your kind consideration is this vintage Ludwig 5x14 Jazz Festival snare drum from the 1960s. Although this white interior drum has no date stamp, the baseball bat tone control with the red felt and the badge having a 6 digit serial number of 531XX dates this to 63/64. During this period, Ludwig started phasing out their brass hoops, this one has original brass hoop on top and original steel hoop on the bottom. The hoops look great with just a few spots of oxidation. The badge is nice and tight. This drum tunes up with the greatest of ease and sounds fabulous. Enjoy!
