For your viewing pleasure is this beautiful early 1960s Ludwig 8x12 Oyster Blue Pearl tom. It's in overall great condition with no extra holes or modifications. This is a 3-ply shell with white interior and the edges are true and original. Aside from the Remo Pinstripe resonant head, this beauty is all original. The pre-serial keystone badge is nice and tight. The original chrome over brass hoops and lugs have aged very well as shown. The wrap has a tight flat seam with two splits, one near the red felt baseball bat muffler and one to the left of the mount which are only visible upon close inspection as shown the photos. Most importantly, this drum tunes up easily and sounds magnificent. Enjoy!
