This drum features the large blue 1958-1959 transitional Keystone "trans" badge. The heavy brass shell has the crimped snare bed, visible internal vertical seam, small knob rotary muffler,and chrome over brass hoops with drop gate. There are a few light incidental surface scratches and a very small micro ding on an otherwise brilliant shining chrome exterior. The original early heavy Imperial lug casings show only very light signs of aging. The original Super Sensitive throw-off operates smoothly with Ludwig wire snares. This drum also has an original Ludwig Playon plastic snare side head and a coated Remo Ambassador on top. No extra holes or modifications of any kind.
