For your extreme viewing pleasure is this vintage Ludwig No. 491 Pioneer 5x14 snare drum. It's in outstanding, well cared for condition. The Black Galaxy Sparkle wrap is in great condition. The keystone badge shows serial # 31XXX dating it to 1964. This drum was ordered with upgraded chrome hardware and has original P-83 strainer and butt, red felt baseball bat muffler, and beautiful bow-tie lugs. All tension rods and washers are original. It has a chrome over brass bottom hoop and a chrome over steel top hoop both of which are in excellent condition with only a couple specs of oxidation here and there and no pitting. There are no extra holes or modifications of any kind. With vintage Ludwig heads and the wires, this drum is ready to bring some galactic sparkle to your collection. Enjoy!
