For your kind consideration is this fabulous vintage Ludwig No. 411 Super Sensitive 6.5x14 snare drum. The beautiful chrome over brass shell displays a crimped snare bed, and visible internal seam. It's in excellent cosmetic condition with one ding and a few surface scratches. The clean pre-serial keystone badge, along with the red felt baseball bat muffler dates this drum to 1963. The SS snare assembly functions perfectly. The chrome over brass hoops look great. 100% original aside from the batter head which is a newer coated Remo Ambassador (bottom head is original Weathermaster). There are no extra holes or modifications of any kind. Most importantly, it tunes up with the greatest of ease and sounds absolutely fantastic. This drum would equally be at home amongst the finest of collections, studios, or stages. Enjoy!
