For your prime viewing pleasure is this amazing vintage 6.5x14 Ludwig Super Sensitive snare drum from the 1972. Aside from modern heads, this drum is all original and there are no extra holes or modifications of any kind. It's is in great condition with no pitting, some very light surface scratches on the shell, and a slight bit of aging on a few lugs. The original Super Sensitive strainer operates smoothly, as does the tone control. All of the tension rods and washers are original, as well as the hoops. The pointy blue & olive badge has 6 digit serial # 930XXX and an internal date stamp of 4272. Most importantly, this drum tunes up like a champ and sounds absolutely fantastic with that legendary Ludwig sound. Enjoy!
